Mid-Camp Update
June 24, 2005

Hey, does anyone actually read this?
We're in the midst of camp right now, and I'm actually writing this instead of getting coffee, so I guess...don't tell. Or something.

The plays are getting all set up and I'm continuing to take pictures of all you adorable children to put on here later this summer.

I hope everyone's getting their ticket forms in, and always check your email, because important things are coming to you regarding faculty gifts, personal messages to students in the programs, and DVDs starring you or your children!
Depending on who's reading this!
Remember, parents. Only parents who love their children buy messages for them to put in the programs!

Okay, I'm off to serve pop to the vultures.
ONE AT A TIME! STAND IN A LINE!
If you try to steal pop, I'll show *you* a tingle in your fingers and a tingle in your feet!

April Update
April 23, 2005

Hey, all.
My mom finally told people about this site so people besides me could reload it constantly and marvel at the wonder of its design and attractiveness of its webmistress.

In all seriousness, I've been getting a lot of super supportive email from parents and alumni, and I'm glad you all like the getup here and are able to navigate it.

A quick "A" to a "FAQ," if you DO happen to download the document file (PCs only, or Macs with Microsoft Office) onto your computer, PLEASE just print it up and fill it out with a pen. It was just an alternative method to printing directly from the html page, and a few applications have been sent in where the person typed in the place of the lines, and messed up the layout of the page. Like this:

Name: ______________I am a computer user!_______________________________________________________________
Why This Looks Funny: _______________I should have printed it out like Lauren told me_______________________________________________

I kid. We get the info just the same, but we like it to look pretty. :)

In other news, I've heard from a little bird that some plays have been decided on already! I'm not supposed to tell, but I know that the afternoon groups are doing "Yeah, Right!" "Pigs Are Flying" and "They Haven't Really Been Decided On, This Was All A Clever Ruse."

I can't wait to see them!

Performing Arts Blog
August 29, 2004

Hello, everyone.
This is going to be a constantly updating part of the site, where I post new goings-on regarding to camp in any way.
Even in ways like this -- "I ate a sandwich today. Once I ate a sandwich at camp."
See how easy that was?

When it gets closer to camp time, more pertinent information than my choice of lunch will be available, but you all know as well as I do, that nothing so important as the names of the plays we'll be doing will appear here, as many years, we haven't figured out the plays we were doing until some weeks after camp ended.
Okay, maybe that's a slight exaggeration, but still.
I'll try to keep this section as interesting as possible, and if you've ever been to camp and want to apply as a writer for this section, contact me, and I'll give you the hook up.

So until next time, I'm going to go eat a sandwich.
*sniff* Sandwiches always bring back such happy memories.
