The Performing Arts Camp is an intensive and comprehensive month-long theatrical experience for the highly motivated performing arts student. Guided by professionals in the fields of drama, voice, and dance, students will work toward a professional production, and through this, individual talents and abilities will develop. Students are encouraged to use his/her imagination and creativity to its fullest. Emphasis is placed upon enhancing the young person's poise, self-esteem, and confidence. The Performing Arts Camp experience is one that will provide the students with both enjoyable memories and skills to last a lifetime.
General Information
PAC is for students who have completed grades 2 thru 12.
Camp Times by Group
Group I -- completing grades 2-3 -- 8:30 AM - NOON
Group II -- completing grades 4-5 -- 8:30 AM - NOON
Group III -- completing grades 6-8 -- 12:45 PM - 5:00 PM
Group IV -- completing grades 9-12 -- 12:45 PM - 5:00 PM
Group V -- 8:30 AM - NOON
(For students completing grades 6-12 who wish to participate in a non-musical production.)
Please Note: There is NO lunch break.
Morning students are to be picked up at noon, unless otherwise announced.
Please send a simple snack and 50¢ for drinks for your child each day for their mid-camp pick-me-up.
Important Dates
Evaluation Day is Sunday, June 13th at the Edgeworth Club.
Evaluation times for your child will be the same as their regular camp time.
Parents of ALL campers please come for a quick mandatory meeting in the BALLROOM from 8:30 A.M.-9:30 A.M.
Camp this year will be June 16th through July 10th.
June 16th through June 26th are regular camp times.

Sunday, July 4th -- OFF / possible rehearsal
Monday, July 5th -- review 2nd show
Tuesday, July 6th -- review 2nd show
Wednesday, July 7th -- tech and dress for 2nd show
Thursday, July 8th -- tech and dress for 2nd show
Friday, July 9th -- run through / 2nd performance
Saturday, July 10th -- mandatory clean-up day for Groups III, IV, and V
Please Note: Camp meets on all Saturdays. There will be show rehearsal for all groups on Sunday, June 27th.
Please plan to keep you weekends free.
Dress
Wear comfortable clothing such as shorts and cotton t-shirts.
Black jazz shoes for boys and pedinis for girls are required.
White cotton shorts are required for opening numbers. No Sandals are permitted in camp. Bring a tape recorder. It's best NOT to buy shoes till we meet on June 13th and have a better idea for your child.
Tuition and Registration
$725 tuition includes professional instruction, folders, scripts, a camp logo t-shirt worn in the opening numbers, a professional DVD of your child's shows, and two tickets per family for one of the performances. Additional tickets may be purchased for $10.
A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 is payable by the June 7th registration deadline. The balance of $425.00 is due by June 13th. Additional children from the same family are entitled to a 33% discount for the second child ($485.25),
and will each pay $35 for their second DVD.
Parents of students in grades 6-12:
Group V, the drama session, meets in the morning.
For students interested in drama and wishing to do a full day, the total cost for both groups will be $775.
To register, print out the Application and return with your non-refundable $300.00 deposit by Monday, June 7th.
